When I consulted with the director, it did feel a bit vague, to be honest. Rather than stating things clearly and definitively, he said there were various possibilities and that even he couldn’t know for sure what my nose would look like after surgery (I think that was even more the case because it’s a revision surgery). He did say what I should do based on the requirements I wanted, but he never said something like, "You have to do this," so I’m not fully certain myself I also had a very long consultation with the manager. The staff were all really kind.
