I went there to have my nasal silicone removed. First, the staff were just so-so, but the director’s tone at the beginning sounded way too tired, so I was like, huh? Still, she explained everything that needed to be explained, told me what situation I was in, and explained how the surgery would be done and what would happen. I liked that part.
