What I really liked was that the doctor spoke honestly. I liked that they plainly said what could be done and what could not be done, but I got the impression they avoided surgeries that had even a small chance of failure. I felt like they only operated when the outcome seemed good, and if the case was ambiguous they might just reject surgery altogether.
