The doctor is a bit cool, but secretly kind. He doesn't explain the principle of the surgery, but since he says he'll do this and that, I feel both trust and ambiguity at the same time. The director is extremely kind and cheerful. It's a little draining, but better than being rude. The hospital is in a basement, which was pretty unique. Overall it's big and clean, and there was no waiting.
