He showed me photos of other patients and explained how surgery should be done for a case like mine, so I understood it well. But every now and then he glanced at his phone for a few seconds in the middle of it (because an alert went off). The explanation itself was fine, but I just wasn't drawn to it, so I didn't have surgery here.
