I think it’s not bad to explain all the possible outcomes even if it’s confusing, but the attitude seems to change too much between patients who want surgery and patients who don’t. Even if you ask the same question after hearing reviews from people who have been there, they act like they don’t know anything with patients who refuse surgery.. On the other hand, they seem to answer well for patients who seem like they’d be fine. They were too indifferent to me, and I got nothing out of it, so I felt the consultation fee was wasted. It was a second consultation, and I had put this hospital as my top choice, so it’s disappointing.
