Out of all the clinics I’ve been to, I think this doctor was one of the few who consulted me in such detail. Most clinics go from a manager consultation to the director consultation, but here I liked that the director explained things in detail for a long time first, and then I just talked about the price with the manager afterward. They carefully pointed out asymmetry, nostril shape, the distance between the eyes, and so on overall, and they even measured the distance between my eyes with a ruler. The consultation manager was also quite older and said she had worked with them for decades, so I felt reassured.. They said there had never been any complications like capsular contracture, and no silicone inflammation either. Even in cases where people had inflammation and a revision at other clinics, they said they had never had inflammation.. The surgery also seems to be done under local anesthesia rather than sedation anesthesia, so there doesn’t seem to be any issue like unauthorized substitute surgery. In terms of safety, it seems like a good clinic, but I didn’t choose it because the aesthetic style didn’t appeal to me. The surgery method was a bit different from other clinics. It seems they don’t use the septum, and instead use ear cartilage, but they said they don’t use the ear cartilage as support and instead just place it on top. They also said there’s no need to use donated rib cartilage for a first surgery, and if problems arise, you can always have another surgery later(?). It felt like, first try their own method and if it doesn’t work, do it again, so I didn’t feel like going through with the surgery. At one point they said they would show me the silicone height, but personally I think the shape of the tip of the nose is more important than the height of the silicone. The director here seemed to care too much only about the height of the bridge, so I felt our opinions didn’t really match. Because my columella is lowered, they recommended alar base reduction, but another clinic said because my nostrils are small, that is absolutely a surgery that should not be done..
