I went there for a revision consultation because the silicone implant had bent and was showing through. They didn't take photos or do a CT scan... They said the implant showing through seemed to be because it was placed close to the skin, and since I also have facial asymmetry, if they put the implant in to match my nose it would make the asymmetry look even worse. At first they suggested lowering the implant height and using Alloderm on the tip with ear cartilage, but I passed because Alloderm was a concern. It seemed like they wouldn't manipulate things too much in surgery.
