They explained a lot of things, including the surgical process, and seemed to prioritize safety and naturalness. And they were very firm and cool.. It was nice that I could choose the nose height during the surgery. Since it's a one-doctor clinic, the same doctor handled everything from the consultation to stitch removal. The line is natural and pretty.. but the nose tip, which was my biggest concern, feels about 20 percent lacking.. a little disappointing..
