I had my first nose surgery three years ago after being introduced by an acquaintance, and from the consultation stage he explained everything in a very calm and gentle way, so although I was very worried because it was my first surgery, I felt reassured. During the surgery, he had me sit up and choose the silicone myself and helped me choose what height would be good, which I liked.
