Kindness: the staff, manager, and doctor are all kind. Consultation details: I originally had a bulbous nose, and I had silicone + septal cartilage + osteotomy done a long time ago. The doctor said that in nose revision surgery, once you open it up, it almost never turns out exactly as expected. The capsule also has to be removed together; otherwise, fluid can build up periodically. I was told it would be best to leave the septal cartilage and just shave the top a little to adjust the height. (I had also heard from another clinic that keeping the septal cartilage is better, so that helped me decide.) Painless anesthesia / open approach Cost: 1.8 million KRW It was very inexpensive compared with other hospitals.
