The director didn't feel blunt or especially kind, just like he said only what needed to be said! If I asked one question, he explained things carefully and well. The facility wasn't that good, and the building looked old. People who are getting nose removal surgery really hope it will be their last surgery, but he didn't explain things precisely and answered with "it could be this way or that way," so I'm still going to other clinics for consultations..
