There were a lot of patients waiting for consultation. The chief doctor was kind and did a good job with the lines. I also wondered whether the line that could really come out on my eyes was the right one. Because it's a revision surgery, I had even more worries. The consultation manager was somewhere between kind and unkind, so I wasn't really drawn in. There was no pressure and no discount. I left after a comfortable consultation.
