All the staff were kind, and the director answered everything I asked. The director was a little aloof, but seemed like they would perform the surgery well, and appeared to have a lot of experience, so I spent a long time deliberating I received a discount for writing a review, but they said I had to book that day to get that price. I needed more time to deliberate, and when I said the deposit was refundable, I still paid a deposit. While comparing it with other places where I had paid deposits, I happened to see a bad review here, so I simply canceled the deposit The refund was processed immediately, so if you are still deliberating about surgery, it seems okay to pay a deposit.
