I booked a same-day consultation, but I felt the consultation with the director was less friendly than the consultation with the doctor. It may have been because it was evening, but it seemed like they wanted to wrap things up quickly, and although the doctor said a non-incisional procedure would be fine, the director brought up the worst-case scenario if I chose non-incisional surgery, needlessly scared me, and made it feel like they were half-forcing me into an incisional procedure. I also found the pricing questionable. In consultations at other clinics, it was all considered a revision surgery, but here they said even removing the stitches counted as surgery and quoted me a higher price, calling it a third-time surgery price. The consultation with the doctor answered my questions kindly and thoroughly, and I liked the line they designed, but I was uncomfortable with the part of the consultation with the director and it was too obvious they were trying to raise the cost, so I decided not to have surgery here.
