I went after seeing it on YouTube. The consultation manager was kind, but what they said was so different from what the doctor said that I was like, huh? And the doctor just glanced at me very briefly and left, so I was like, huh? again. On the plus side, there wasn't much waiting and the consultation finished quickly and concisely. There was no pressure to pay a deposit or anything like that, so that part was good.
