My M-shaped hairline was pretty severe, so I went for a hairline consultation. The manager kindly explained the design and surgery method first, very clearly and in an easy-to-understand way. The director was also kind and said it would be effective if I had surgery, but because of the date, I only consulted and left. The reviews seem good too, and I want to get the surgery.
