I visited about 7 years ago to get eyebrow tattooing. The clinic had quite a lot of people, but the waiting time wasn't long. They drew the line and showed it to me in the mirror, then checked whether I liked it before proceeding with the procedure. They were kind, and overall it was a procedure I was satisfied with.
