I wanted only a natural-looking refinement of my bulbous nose tip, as if I had not had surgery, so I had it done early this year and am extremely satisfied. I saw several reviews saying the bulbous-nose improvement was insufficient, but I think that is unavoidable because there is a limit to what can be done with ear cartilage alone. I think costal cartilage and silicone are essential to achieve an operated look. I did not want that either; I wanted an ultra-natural look, so I did not shop around and prepared the surgical fee after looking only at this place. They did not put cotton in my nose, so breathing was not too difficult. I have extremely oily skin, so during the one week of taping the oil was overwhelming and felt very stuffy Anyway, I am extremely satisfied.
