Face was not a good hospital in my memory after just one consultation. They advertise like crazy, and I don't know if they're actually skilled or not. I don't know if the system has changed now. Take this as reference only. I had an afternoon shift, so I booked the consultation for the morning and went. I arrived a little early around opening time, but more and more people came, and even after the consultation time had passed by over 30 minutes, there was no guidance. I had to go to work in the afternoon;;; It felt like a hospital that doesn't understand the concept of appointments. It felt like the hospital didn't value other people's time and had taken way too many patients at the same time, making the consultation schedule impossible to handle. Because all the other customers were in the same situation as me... everyone came by appointment and just kept waiting endlessly.. Even when I asked the staff at the front desk when I would be called in, they only told me to wait, and about 40 minutes after the appointment time I exploded;;; I said I was someone who works in the afternoon, so I had deliberately made the appointment several days in advance, and isn't a reservation supposed to be for going in at the reserved time so the customer doesn't have to wait? Ten minutes I can wait flexibly, but this is too much. When I said I would file a complaint, they apologized and immediately explained it to the doctor, then put me in for the next slot right away (only after I caused a scene;;; so frustrating) The staff still weren't rude and were kind. It's not the staff's fault... the hospital system is weird. Trust was already broken here because of the appointment issue, so even if they were skilled, would I want surgery there...? Every little thing would mean a huge wait, right? Skill is a given; what I want is fast and reliable handling. They said they would change the reservation system, and as an apology for making me wait so long, they would give me nose filler as a free service if I had surgery, but I never went back. They only deal with things quickly when you complain. They treat patients who keep quiet and wait like fools and make them wait forever. Trust is at rock bottom. The place is packed with patients. After that, I have never looked at them again.
