The consultation staff speaks well, but there’s no way to know whether the doctor will reflect that exactly. The doctor has a soft image and speaks gently and calmly, but you have to understand that this has nothing to do with the quality of the surgery. Everyone may have their own opinion, but I was disappointed to see them send me home after surgery without putting gauze or tape on the suture area. I walked around with the stitches visible.
