The doctor already has a fixed answer in mind and doesn't really reflect requests. At the first consultation, they were extremely kind, but if you express an opinion that differs from theirs or even show a little disappointment with the surgery result, from the next visit onward their attitude becomes very cold, completely different from the first time. I deliberately chose an ENT doctor for both cosmetic and functional improvement, but they didn't really pay attention to improving the nose's function. In fact, the nasal septum shifted to one side and the function got even worse.
