They seem to be good at nostrils because they have a lot of experience. Another hospital said it couldn't be done, but here they said it could, and I'm satisfied. However, the price is higher than other hospitals. If your own nostrils are in a shape that makes surgery easy, it would probably be fine to get it done somewhere else for cheaper.
