After reducing my alar base, I got by for a while, but now my nostrils are uneven. I couldn't really feel it in selfies, but it was very obvious in ID photos or when someone else took the picture, and I found out only two years after the surgery. When I asked, they said it was originally asymmetrical so there was nothing they could do, and I would have to pay for additional surgery to do it again. Then why did I even have surgery?.. so annoying..
