I booked a consultation 3 weeks ago, took a day off work, and waited, but the day before they suddenly called out of nowhere and told me the director wouldn't be there tomorrow It wasn't like something suddenly came up the day before,... I don't know if they just can't manage their schedule or if they don't think much of their promise to patients.
