I had the tip of my nose surgery done by cutting cartilage from my ear. It didn't take long, but it really hurt when they put it into my nose.. The swelling lasted a week, and honestly I was satisfied It's been 4 years now and it has dropped a little, but still okay But it didn't change dramatically or anything, it's more for self-satisfaction
