I consulted and went ahead with surgery because this place was famous for paranasal augmentation surgery. In the end, if you have protruding-mouth features, think carefully before going ahead. Once the implant is put in, I ended up looking like a monkey. It has absolutely no effect on nasolabial folds, and you should think of paranasal augmentation surgery itself as something unrelated to the nasolabial area.
