Since there are several specialists, it felt a bit like a large hospital.. The waiting time was extremely long. If you want a consultation, it would be better to allow at least 2 hours and visit. The director explained things very clearly and confidently, so it was a pretty useful time. I also saw several before-and-after photos, and it definitely felt like they had skill? But it seems they have a very clear preferred aesthetic... The manager's insistence on the deposit was very strong, which felt burdensome.
