There were a lot of reviews saying the manager and staff were rude, so I went without expecting much, but while there was a somewhat businesslike feel, they were not rude at all. The director also tried to make the shape the way I wanted and explained the consultation in detail and kindly. There were many people in the other app reviews saying they decided on surgery just by looking at the director, and after the consultation I could see why. However, the waiting time was a bit long.
