It seemed like a lot of people were going for a flashy nose, so I went around and consulted! It was a bit hard to get the consultation, but the doctor checked things very carefully, so I felt it was okay. I had only vaguely known about nose materials, but here I could hear more detailed explanations, which I liked even more? I thought it would be good to go here for a first-surgery consultation. They don't over-treat.
