Three years ago I had silicone for the bridge, septal cartilage for the tip, and rhinitis surgery. I had no side effects during that time, but the rhinitis came back after only a few months. It healed so naturally that no one would know unless I told them I had nose surgery. It has that pretty natural-nose feel..? That is both a plus and a minus. I was happiest at about one month after surgery, and once all the swelling went down I felt a little disappointed. But not enough to make me want revision surgery.
