My nose was already high, but because of the hump it looked long. I had tip surgery without an implant, but it wasn't the nose I had hoped for, and my nose looked lifted and like a pig nose, so I had revision surgery again. However, I was still not satisfied with the revision part either. I remember that the attitude before and after the surgery was different too.
