I had a consultation, but hmm;; at least it's a nose specialty place, so I can believe in it, but I was really disappointed when they said to use donated costal cartilage. They said using donated costal cartilage carries a risk of inflammation and is something the hospital does to lower the value of the surgery itself. I heard there are a lot of brokers, but I don't really know about that. Anyway, I didn't like it. I'm a man.
