Before meeting the director, I first consulted with the manager, and she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable lolllll The manager’s consultation wasn’t bad either. After that, I had to wait quite a long time to meet the director.. He seemed very busy. As soon as he saw me, the director said it wasn’t a difficult nose and it was a nose where what needed to be done was already decided! and then explained exactly what procedures would be needed. One thing I found a little disappointing was that he explained it like he was telling another doctor, not at the patient’s level??? If I hadn’t heard detailed explanations at another clinic, or if I hadn’t researched properly before going, it would have been hard to understand.
