For the first surgery, they put in a silicone implant that was way too high for my face, and the septum at the nasal tip showed too much, so I ended up getting revision surgery again just 6 months later. They charged me for the revision too ^^ On the revision, maybe because they were bothered, they halfheartedly shaped the tip too, so my nose got uplifted and the columella scar was left very clearly. People even ask what happened to my nose. After charging me for everything. Seriously, for nose surgery, go to a board-certified plastic surgeon. In the end, I had everything removed ^^
