Director Kim was very kind during the consultation! They checked the inside of my nose and held a cotton swab to shape my nose while talking through the consultation. And the consultation manager was really kind too. Like a friendly older sister, she spoke openly and honestly about everything I was worried about. There was almost no waiting time.
