The manager is very kind, and there was no pushing of anything separately. They explained things in a calm, careful way and were actually more professional than the doctor in consultation. The doctor only spent about 5 minutes on the consultation. Honestly, I didn’t want that; I came to talk with the director, not with the manager, but I heard almost all of the before-and-after photos and surgery explanations from the consultation manager. They should give you confidence by showing cases and explaining how things work in similar situations, but if it were me, I wouldn’t do it here.
