I had surgery around 2014. Osteotomy, silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage were used. Right after the first surgery I thought it was so pretty, but about a month later people around me started saying it looked bent, so I checked and there was a slight bend. It wasn't bothersome enough to worry about, so I just lived with it, but as time went on it gradually bent a little more and more. Of course the tip of the nose drooped over time.
