My friend turned out so well that I went in for a consultation. The clinic had a cozy, clean atmosphere. The doctor’s confident manner during the consultation built trust. He’s an ENT specialist, so the explanation was detailed, and he spoke kindly, which made the consultation comfortable! The manager seemed a bit haughty, but she also handled the consultation well and was good at empathizing, which I liked.
