It was so famous that it was one of the clinics on my nose surgery list, so I had high expectations. During the consultation, I felt like the director's office staff was listening to me but kept talking about something else. At first I wondered if it was because I wasn't understanding, but it was a bit frustrating. Still, they were kind, so I wasn't complaining... If I do get surgery, I want to have another consultation with a different staff member! (I didn't look up the ads, so the ad price may not be exact;;)
