I had nose surgery without an implant more than 10 years ago, and I've had no side effects at all. The shape hasn't drooped or changed, and it neatly refined my bulbous nose. The director was kind, and as an ENT specialist, he inspired trust, so I recommend him. Since no implant was used, the shape may not be flashy, but I'm so, so satisfied with choosing not to be greedy.
