I went for a consultation for a facelift. Before going in, they checked my temperature at the entrance and filled out personal information because of the coronavirus, but the internal staff were not wearing masks. Still, the inside of the hospital was pleasant, clean, and nice. The director must have been tired because he had surgery in the morning, but the consultation was kind. However, I was disappointed that there was no professional explanation about the surgical method, and it felt like they wanted to finish the consultation quickly. Overall, the staff were quite kind, so there was no discomfort.
