Even during the manager’s consultation, beyond explaining the surgery, aftercare schedule, costs, and precautions, they really empathized with my struggles and concerns about breast surgery, and their kind response left a strong impression. I was worried the consultation would be short because it’s such a popular hospital, but the director looked at me very carefully, and I liked the detailed explanations about the surgery. It didn’t feel rushed at all; it felt like they were focusing on each person individually.
