I had a consultation with Director Cho, and the doctor was kind and thorough and explained everything well. However, the staff were really, really unfriendly.. I went there for a consultation, but they confused me with someone who had the same name as me and sent me to the stitch-removal room, and when I looked confused, they burst out laughing.. They made a mistake themselves but didn't even apologize, which made me extremely uncomfortable. The people at the counter were also too busy chatting among themselves. The satisfaction I had after seeing the doctor dropped straight down when I saw the staff.
