They took photos before the consultation very carefully, and all the staff were so kind until I met the director that I had high expectations... but the director had a curt attitude, so I didn't like it. It reminded me of my former boss The manager who handled my consultation showed me several photos first and was kind. The cost was on the expensive side compared to the places I went to.
