There is a form you fill out at the first visit, and among the eye procedures you are interested in, they look mainly at the items you checked, such as ptosis correction or front canthoplasty/back canthoplasty. They shape the line with something like a toothpick, and they told me that if it comes undone with non-incision, A/S is not available!
