I went because of revision eye surgery, and the staff explained things kindly and well. The facilities also looked good. When I met the doctor, I was really pleased that the recommendation to raise the eye line matched what I wanted. They carefully examined my eyes, including whether fat grafting or eye-shape correction was needed, and seemed not to recommend unnecessary surgery, which reassured me. However, the atmosphere did not seem easy for asking questions, but it was still a satisfying consultation. I am extremely undecided right now. They seem to do it neatly without visible scars, but I am still deliberating because I have not seen people who actually had it done.
