I just tried it because I was worried about belly fat, but although it’s not as effective as liposuction, I think it improved things by a very small amount. You do have to diet at the same time, but maybe because I wasn’t good at that, and since there was no bleeding or anything like that, it wasn’t bad. The wait wasn’t that long either, so that was good.
