1. Doctor kindness: Extremely kind. There are many doctors and a lot of turnover, so the doctor performing the procedure changes each time I go, but in the 7 years I have seen them, there has not been a single doctor who was not kind. I was very satisfied~ 2. Consultation expertise: about 90% satisfied 3. Staff kindness: Extremely kind and cheerful. They always smile. 4. Hospital facilities: Hmm... not all places in Gangnam, but I have been to many supposedly good ones, and Muse had the best facilities and cleanliness. 5. Surgery expectations: Some things I am 100% happy with, some only 50% happy with. Human greed has no end??
