It's a bit unfortunate that it's hard to choose a specific director. It feels like the turnover is really fast, but the nurses are all so kind every time I go, so I like that. I go sometimes for procedures and skin care, and the directors are all kind at the time, but it's a different director every time, so there is some variation It feels a bit like a roll of the dice. Still, it's worth getting simple procedures here.
